Responsibilities

• Follow up with payers to resolve claim payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Identify reasons for underpayments and denials and draft appeals.
• Document activity accurately in client host systems and tracking tools.
• Communicate trends and issues to management for process improvements.
• Coordinate with management to address root causes of A/R problems.
