Qualifications

• 3+ years in collections or accounts receivable, researching payment issues.
• Experience with reconciliations, anomaly identification, or payment variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Pivot, VLOOKUPs and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employer payment uploads, rosters, authorization records, and reconciliation data to identify missing or short-paid amounts.
• Research payment anomalies and coordinate with employers and account analysts to recover outstanding revenue.
• Review applicable collective bargaining agreements to verify that employer payments reflect the correct rates.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for executive leadership and management.
• Identify patterns across all employer accounts and recommend solutions to improve collection accuracy.
