• Lead and develop Revenue Program Managers for the SHX program.
• Drive measurable SHX improvements in production, conversion, and revenue impact.
• Ensure cross-market operational consistency including scheduling, onboarding, and field adoption.
• Identify program gaps and implement improvements to increase Expert success.
• Support SHX evolution into a scalable revenue channel.
• Translate revenue strategies into executable field plans with Field Leaders.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Scheduling, Tech, Workforce Planning, and Finance to remove barriers.
• Ensure sustainable rollout and adoption of new revenue initiatives.
