In this role, you'll assist customers with inquiries and process various business license applications, ensuring compliance with city codes. Qualifications

• Experience working in a professional environment is preferred.
• Ability to process 80+ wpm with accuracy or 10k - 12k KPH.
• Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with inquiries concerning fees and applications.
• Process business license, Temporary Vendor, and Mobile Food Truck applications.
• Calculate fees by classification code to determine Occupation Fee.
• Verify required documents have been received and are compliant with the City Codes.
• Prepare, review, and process applications and payments with speed and accuracy.

Connaissances

Ability to process 80+ wpm with accuracy

Familiarity with legal documents and terminology

Ability to calculate standard mathematical calculations

Experienced in multi-tasking in a customer facing environment
