Job summary

Fortidia is seeking a Revenue & Performance Analyst to shape pricing and revenue strategy for AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options. You will design measurement frameworks, surface insights, and connect marketing activity to franchise-level revenue and margin.

This strategic role sits at the core of a transforming marketing organization. You will partner with IT, Finance, and external agencies to ensure accurate attribution, disciplined budgeting, and data-driven decisions that drive growth

Qualifications

SQL or comparable data querying experience.
Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio).
Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

Design and own end-to-end measurement framework across brands and channels.
Create attribution models linking spend to revenue, lead quality, and cost.
Define KPI hierarchy and standardized reporting cadences for stakeholders.
Analyze revenue, price, mix, and margin across products and services across brands.
Monitor pricing adoption and impact, and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver regular briefings to leadership with recommendations on budgets and priorities.
Develop scenarios and forecasting to test plans before resource allocation.
Build dashboards and templates for senior leadership and board-level use.
