Fortidia, US HQ in Lakewood, CO, is seeking a Revenue & Performance Analyst to define how we measure success across AlphaGraphics, PostNet and World Options, surface the insights that shape investments, and connect marketing activity and pricing decisions to franchise revenue and margin. This is a strategic analytics role, not a reporting or campaign execution seat.

You will act as the Marketing team's analytical right hand, building a measurement framework and models that drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end measurement framework across brands and channels.
• Create attribution models linking marketing activity to franchise revenue and margin.
• Define KPI hierarchy and standardized reporting cadences for leadership and brand stakeholders.
• Extend measurement to price, mix, and margin beyond top-line revenue.
• Benchmark competitor pricing and monitor pricing adoption across the system.
• Partner with IT and Finance to align data infrastructure and budgeting analyses.
• Deliver strategic briefings with recommendations on investment, pricing, and priorities.
