Job summary

Fortidia is seeking a Revenue Performance Analyst to define how we measure success across AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options in the US. You will surface insights that influence pricing decisions and revenue across franchises, collaborating with Marketing, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

5–8 years of progressive experience across marketing performance, revenue or pricing analysis, growth strategy, demand generation, or marketing operations.
Experience building performance measurement frameworks, not just inherited ones.
Strong command of attribution modeling, marketing mix analysis, and ROI-based decision making.

Responsibilities

Design and own end-to-end measurement framework across brands and channels.
Build attribution models connecting marketing activity to franchise revenue.
Define what to measure and why it matters for business objectives.
Establish standardized reporting cadences for leadership and brand stakeholders.
Extend measurement to price, mix and margin beyond top-line revenue.
Own pricing analytics across the US portfolio and track adoption of guidance.
