• Own and scale corporate event sales across locations.
• Build SOPs, dashboards, and standards for end-to-end process.
• Stand up an outbound motion and manage inbound flow.
• Create dashboards and scorecards for performance visibility.
• Lead and train a team of managers and offshore staff.
