Job summary

TestEquity LLC Revenue Operations seeks a Business Analyst to drive analytical excellence across sales, marketing, and IT. Build and refine Power BI dashboards, ensure data integrity, and support CRM optimization to accelerate forecasting and revenue growth.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to define metrics, govern data, and implement process improvements. Strong communication and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical function.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for pipeline management, forecasting, win/loss analysis, margin analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to management.
• Support forecasting, territory planning, quota development, and periodic business reviews.
• Respond to ad hoc analytic requests from business stakeholders.
• Serve as a BI and data governance liaison for CRM and related systems.
