Job summary

TestEquity LLC in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Revenue Operations Business Analyst to deliver analytics, reporting, and process support for the Sales organization and leadership. This role will own Power BI dashboards, CRM data governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance to improve forecast accuracy, pricing insights, and contract management.

You will drive data-driven decisions, support revenue processes, and help optimize the CRM platform and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems, or related field.
2–4 years in revenue or sales operations, business analysis, or similar.
Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Experience building dashboards/reports with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and segmentation.
Analyze sales performance data and communicate insights to management.
Support forecasting, territory planning, quota development, and business reviews.
Serve as BI/CRM liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT.
