Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for Sales AI & Automation to design and deploy agentic automations that accelerate revenue, route leads, and improve win rates. You will partner with Revenue Operations, CorpEng, and GTM teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions using Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and deploying automations or AI-powered workflows in production.
• Hands-on experience across Salesforce and the broader revenue tool stack.
• Familiarity with GTM systems and data enrichment tools.

Responsibilities

• Ship agentic solutions for the field to generate pipeline and close more deals.
• Lead structured AI experiments and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Architect scalable builds with CorpEng, aligning business needs with technical deliverables.
• Advise teammates across GTM on governance and production readiness.
• Ensure cost, performance, and data handling guardrails for value delivery.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders.
