Rad AI, a leading healthcare AI company in San Francisco, is seeking an Associate on the Revenue Operations team. You will partner with commercial, finance, and product to drive insights, forecast growth, and optimize go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced environment.

You'll build data-driven ROI models, track KPIs across marketing, sales, and customer success, and enable cross-functional decision-making with accurate data and compelling storytelling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or related fields.
• Experience leveraging AI to enhance Go-to-Market operations.
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with B2B SaaS; healthcare exposure is a strong plus.
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Strategy and value storytelling with healthcare executives and stakeholders.
• Build data-driven ROI models, case studies, and strategic presentations.
• Define and track KPI across the revenue funnel including marketing, sales, customer success, and support.
• Own forecasting models, market segmentation, territory design, and commission plans.
• Deliver cross-functional insights to influence leadership decisions.
