Job summary

Universal Kids Resort is seeking a driven coordinator to support the Revenue Operations division in day-to-day activities, procurement, menu collateral, and inventory support across Food & Beverage and Merchandise operations.

You will partner with Managers to coordinate staffing, scheduling changes, and training compliance, ensuring safe, efficient operations and accurate reporting for health inspections.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and experience with administrative support.
• Basic understanding and experience of Top 9 food allergies and food safety knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other business solutions software.

Responsibilities

• Supports Revenue Operations by organizing daily operational tasks.
• Coordinates staffing changes to ensure efficient operation in alignment with policies.
• Maintains and updates all collateral and menus for accuracy and show quality standards.
• Researches, documents, and pulls POS reports for accuracy and audits.
• Coordinates and communicates health inspections and related records.
