Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our reservations team. The role involves handling bookings, changes, and confirmations for hotel and casino guests, with emphasis on upselling rooms, suites, dining, and shows.

You will collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Hotel Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences, manage group and wholesale lists, and deliver accurate daily traces while upholding Rio’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Hotel Sales, Contact Center, or Third-Party Distribution.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera, LMS).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain integrity in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Revenue Operations Supervisors.
• Support Marketing, Revenue Management, and Hotel Operations with Reservations.
• Book, change, cancel, and reconfirm reservations for hotel, casino, leisure and group.
• Promote upsells of rooms, restaurants, and shows.
• Answer all incoming calls and manage reservations queue.
• Coordinate with Group/Leisure Sales on room blocks and pick up.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide superior guest service.
