Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6 months’ consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area (Option 1)
• Or 2.5 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area (Option 2)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead process-improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze processes to identify gaps, root causes and optimization opportunities
• Manage intake requests, assess urgency and impact, and update documentation as needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify impacts, align stakeholders and dependencies
• Support implementation readiness with clear requirements, doc needs and success measures
• Serve as process SME providing policies, tools, controls and best practices
• Evaluate effectiveness of changes using data and feedback for continuous improvement
