Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Houston is seeking a Revenue & Operations Project Manager to partner with partners, practice areas, and client accounting teams. You will manage onboarding, billing, e-billing, and collections while driving process improvements and pricing strategy with a client-focused approach.

The role is highly partner- and client-facing, requiring strong communication and analytical skills, and a hybrid work arrangement in Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of law firm, professional services, client administration, billing, or related operational experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of client administration processes ( intake, billing, e-billing, conflicts, KYC, rates, pricing, collections).
• Proficiency with firm software (Outlook, Excel, Aderant Expert, iManage) and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partners, practice areas, clients, and internal accounting teams.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, billing, e-billing, and collections.
• Prepare regular updates and analyses on onboarding, billing, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with clients and accounting teams to resolve invoice issues and ensure timely payments.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage rates in line with Outside Counsel Guidelines.
• Identify process improvements to increase scalability and efficiency.
