REDW Advisors & CPAs is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead ops strategy for Phoenix or remote work. You will champion HubSpot, build dashboards, and partner with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead management and pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in revenue/sales/marketing operations and 2+ years of management experience; HubSpot Admin Certification is preferred. This role offers competitive pay and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM Administration.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• HubSpot Administration Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize REDW's revenue operations strategy.
• Champion our HubSpot platform to maximize tools, adoption and integration.
• Build dashboards and reporting models that provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead management, pipeline processes, automations, and workflows.
• Drive data quality, governance, and visibility across the client lifecycle.
• Coordinate with external vendors for project support to integrate systems and communications.
• Provide frontline CRM support while promoting user adoption and process consistency.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and client acquisition.
• Help scale systems and processes for REDW's next growth phase.
