About This Opportunity

H2O.ai is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across the sales organization. This role plays a key part in executing GTM processes, managing sales systems, and ensuring accurate, actionable reporting in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Sales Operations and other stakeholders to scale what works and improve what doesn't. Strong Salesforce skills, spreadsheet fluency, and a bias for action are must-haves.

This is a remote position based in the United States.

What You Will Do
Cross-Functional Enablement & Project Leadership
  • Act as a partner to Sales, Marketing, and. Finance leaders — driving alignment across opportunity management, pipeline generation, forecasting, etc.
  • Support key GTM initiatives including lead flow optimization, comp plan execution, and sales forecasting cadence.
  • Proactively surface issues, facilitate resolution across teams, and communicate with. clarify and impact.
  • Drive outcomes through influence, not hierarchy — earning trust through reliability, transparency, and execution.
Salesforce.com Ownership & Optimization
  • Support the end-to-end health, usability, and scalability of Salesfore.com for the Sales organization. Including object architecture, fields, workflows, validation rules, automations, and integrations with adjacent tools (e.g., Zoominfo, Celigo, NetSuite,HubSpot, etc.)
  • Train and support users to ensure Salesforce remains the single source of truth—ensuring data hygiene, field structure integrity, and process consistency across the GTM motion.
  • Provide front-line support for seller-facing workflows and champion user enablement through training and documentation.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain reporting in Salesforce and/or any visualization interface, with. an emphasis on accuracy, automation, and executive-needs.
  • Deliver insights around pipeline coverage, rep productivity, quota attainment, conversion metrics, campaign effectiveness, etc.
  • Help translate data into insights that drive action and accountability across the org.
What We Are Looking For
  • You're a builder—you don't wait for process; you design it.
  • You thrive in the grey and solve cross-functional problems before they escalate.
  • You speak "Sales", "Finance", and "Marketing" fluently.
  • You havea relentless commitment to operational excellence.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
  • Strong technical command of Salesforce.com; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets – pivot tables, array formulas, vlookups, index formulas, dynamic modeling, etc.
  • Data Visualization and Business Intelligence interface experience (i.e Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where no two days look the same.
