  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve the customer and employee experience.
  • Support segmentation, territory, and assignment processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into practical system and process solutions.
  • Help prioritize RevOps projects based on business impact.
  • Document processes and help ensure teams consistently follow them.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into funnel performance, lead sources, campaign performance, conversion, pipeline, and other key metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline review processes with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Proactively identify data or reporting issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Help leaders understand what the data is telling us and where we can improve.
Keep Our Data Clean and Reliable
  • Maintain CRM data standards, required fields, naming conventions, and record ownership.
  • Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.
  • Monitor data quality and develop processes to catch issues early.
  • Ensure segmentation and reporting remain accurate as business needs evolve.
Partner Across the Business
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, BizOps, and IT.
  • Serve as a go‑to resource for questions related to CRM, reporting, data, and revenue processes.
  • Translate business needs into clear system and process requirements.
  • Help teams understand and effectively use RevOps tools and processes.
  • Drive adoption through documentation, training, office hours, and ongoing support.
What You Bring
