Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to build the single source of truth for sales performance and lead the cadence from forecast to bookings reviews. You will develop dashboards aligned to L2R metrics, supporting data-driven decisions across the go-to-market team.

Responsibilities include improving CRM data quality, supporting territory design, and partnering with RevOps, Sales Enablement, and Operations to align reporting and processes across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role supporting a B2B sales organization.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including report and dashboard building.
• Strong Excel/analytics skills, with experience in a BI tool for reporting and data visualization.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and build repeatable reporting processes from scratch.
• Clear, confident communication presenting data and insights to Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a single source of truth for sales performance reporting and create a recurring revenue cadence pipeline.
• Design dashboards and run forecastings and bookings reviews with Sales leadership.
• Support territory design and quota-setting analysis based on market potential and historical data.
• Own data quality for CRM account hierarchy, duplicates, and fields in partnership with IT and Ops.
