About the Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Executive (Generalist) to join our fast-growing RevOps team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across multiple business functions to drive operational efficiency, alignment, and growth.
As a RevOps Generalist, you’ll work across key revenue-generating teams — including Sales, Customer Success, Partnership — to optimize processes, improve systems, and deliver data-driven insights. You'll play an essential role in supporting daily operations while also contributing to strategic initiatives that shape how we scale.

What You’ll Do
- Own BAU RevOps Processes: Run and improve day-to-day operational workflows across Sales, CS, and Marketing functions. Ensure tools, data, and systems are properly maintained and support team efficiency.
- Drive Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to lead or contribute to strategic projects — from Hubspot CRM improvements and dashboard creation, to process redesign and automation.
- Ensure Alignment Across Teams: Act as a connective hub for go-to-market teams to ensure alignment on objectives, metrics, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Maintain data accuracy across CRM and reporting systems. Surface insights that help teams become more data-driven and customer-focused.
- Optimize Tools & Workflows: Identify inefficiencies and manual processes across teams. Implement scalable solutions to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Support Enablement Efforts: Develop documentation, playbooks, and training resources for go-to-market teams, helping them adopt tools and best practices effectively.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Always ask “why” and look for opportunities to refine our systems, processes, and ways of working.
- A doer who thrives on execution and delivering results, not just planning.
- 3-5 years of experience in RevOps, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
- Operationally Minded: You love building efficient systems and processes that help teams run smoothly. You think in workflows, dependencies, and impact.
- A Strategic Doer: You can zoom out to see the bigger picture and connect dots across functions, but you’re also hands-on and willing to dive into the details to get things done.
- Data-Driven: You trust data to tell the story. You’re comfortable analyzing metrics, building reports, and using insights to drive better business decisions.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating CRMs (like HubSpot or Salesforce), customer engagement platforms, and other RevOps tools. You’re quick to learn new technologies and enjoy improving tech stacks.
