The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly organized Legal Business Operations Coordinator to join the legal department of one of the world’s most respected technology companies. This full-time, 6–12 month secondment offers the chance to work on impactful projects that support legal operations, vendor management, and strategic legal programming.

You’ll play a vital role in coordinating legal processes, supporting vendor onboarding and management, tracking contracts and budgets, and helping to operationalize legal tools, systems, and events.

This is an ideal fit for a detail-oriented professional with 1–2 years of experience in legal operations or administration, and the self-starting attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

About the Client

Our client is a Fortune 100 technology leader known for innovation, scale, and collaborative legal teams. This role sits within the legal business operations function of its global legal department—home to some of the most forward-thinking legal professionals in the industry.

  • Location: Remote (Preference for Seattle/Redmond, WA or PST hours)
  • Duration: 6–12 months, with potential extension
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week, 9am–5pm PT)
  • Start Date: July 20, 2025
  • Compensation: $75,000–$100,000+ annualized
  • Benefits: Healthcare, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays while on assignment

Responsibilities

  • Support vendor onboarding, management, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate across internal legal teams and external vendors
  • Track contract timelines and assist in managing SOWs and amendments
  • Maintain internal documentation and SharePoint resources
  • Provide scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative support
  • Support legal CLE and programming initiatives
  • Help drive operational excellence across the legal department

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in legal operations, legal admin, or project coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; legal studies or paralegal background a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially SharePoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
