Intuitive is hiring a Revenue Accounting Analyst to support front-end OTC processes, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and contract-to-system alignment. The role partners with Contracts, Commercial Solutions, IT, and FP&A to drive scalable, compliant revenue operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Deals Desk, Revenue Operations, Revenue Accounting, or Order-to-Cash.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and data accuracy for downstream revenue accounting.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and ASC 842 (Required).
• Hands-on experience reviewing contracts.
• Ability to interpret and summarize complex contract and financial information for cross-functional partners.
• High attention to detail with data quality and controls mindset.
• Strong communication across Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review revenue and lease contracts for ASC 606/842 implications and ensure policy compliance.
• Review lease contracts to confirm ASC 842 classification.
• Collaborate with Commercial Solutions and Contracts to review non-standard deal structures.
• Provide guidance on deal structuring balancing commercial goals with system capabilities and compliance.
• Identify and resolve data gaps between contracts and system setup to prevent issues.
• Participate in system implementation and testing for quoting, contracting, and revenue automation.
• Support Revenue Accounting with clean handoff of validated deal data.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements in system infrastructure.
• Follow internal controls and update documents as needed.
