Job summary

Money Group is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to translate data into smarter revenue decisions for the Sales team. You will own performance tracking, KPI reporting, and budget management for assigned Books of Business, ensuring accurate, contextual data to guide actions.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting, build dashboards in HeyMoney, and continuously look for process improvements using automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, accounting, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational/reporting tools.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets).
• Working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, or pacing against revenue targets.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Book of Business support: Track performance against revenue and gross profit targets.
• Monitor daily and long-term campaign, advertiser, and publisher performance.
• Provide profitability insights and actionable recommendations.
• Track, manage, and adjust budgets to meet targets.
• Support dashboards and recurring reports in HeyMoney for Revenue teams.
• Lead revenue audits and resolve discrepancies with invoices and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ads By Money, Finance, and Accounting.
• Identify and streamline manual reporting processes with automation and AI tools.
