Money Group is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to turn data into smarter revenue decisions. You will support the Sales team with performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and budget management for assigned Books of Business, ensuring data accuracy and context for actions.

You are highly analytical, detail-focused, and proactive, able to explain insights clearly to Revenue teams and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting to align processes and improve

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years in revenue operations, sales operations, accounting, or digital marketing.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support performance tracking for Books of Business and monitor KPIs against targets.
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, EPC, CVR, and margins to guide growth.
• Manage budgets and forecast pacing across campaigns and partners.
• Create dashboards and reports in HeyMoney platform and share with teams.
• Lead revenue audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting.
• Identify and streamline manual reporting processes with automation.
