Job summary

Progyny, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support the Carrier and Member Revenue Operations team in New York. You will generate actionable insights across the indirect Book of Business and drive improvements in denial resolution, adjudication accuracy, and cash performance.

The role requires 3+ years in analytics or data-focused roles with strong Excel, SQL, and PowerBI skills. You will optimize AR/DSO modeling, automate workflows, and enhance cash collections across carrier and member

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics, revenue operations, healthcare RCM, or similar data-heavy role.
• Excel proficiency with complex modeling and data manipulation.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and transformation.
• Experience building dashboards/visualizations in PowerBI.
• Ability to manage and evolve analytic tools and automation processes (RPA, macros, workflows).

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends in outstanding AR, denial/adjudication rates, and carrier-specific behaviors.
• Own and maintain monthly AR and DSO reporting models for the Finance organization.
• Re-build and maintain end-to-end monitoring for Member AR.
• Develop and refine dashboards in PowerBI to track denial trends and cash collections.
• Track denial balances by carrier and surface volume shifts and opportunities.
• Own and manage relationships with external vendors supporting Member AR.
• Analyze member account pending/unlocking trends to inform process improvements.
• Align external carrier reporting with internal adjudication data to identify discrepancies.
• Manage and enhance an RPA tool to detect and group high-impact denial categories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and carriers to design denial workflows that drive resolution and improve cash.
• Lead monthly scorecards for Carrier & Member Revenue Operations, tracking KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with data-backed recommendations and automation.
