Job summary

Tebra is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to support our finance organization and drive revenue growth. You will work with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to ensure quotas are met, and to define scalable commissions processes and a growth path.

Qualifications

• Required: 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, or related analytical role.
• Required: Experience in optimizing workflows leveraging AI.
• Required: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets, formulas, lookups, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate, repeatable reporting and dashboards for revenue performance, quotas, commissions, and key metrics.
• Support recurring sales compensation processes including payout validation, commission reporting and reconciliation, quota management, attainment reporting, forecasting, and special incentive administration.
• Investigate compensation, quota, reporting, and data discrepancies end-to-end and drive resolution with relevant teams.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and other stakeholders to define requirements and implement scalable processes.
• Provide actionable recommendations to increase bookings and empower Sales and Customer Success teams to drive growth.
• Own and execute recurring Revenue Operations processes with accuracy and clear communication.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve data quality.
