- Reporting to our Manager of Revenue Operations, and part of a team led by our Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll support forecasting, pipeline reporting, deal desk, sales compensation and Salesforce data quality
- The goal is clean data, reliable reporting and fast, accurate answers that help Sales, Finance and leadership make better decisions
- This is a high-visibility role with real room to grow
- Your work will power the forecast, dashboards and comp numbers that leadership and the board rely on, and you’ll see firsthand how complex commercial and government deals come together
- You’ll get broad exposure across forecasting, deal desk, sales compensation and Salesforce, direct mentorship, and more ownership as the team scales
- Keep pipeline data clean and trustworthy. Catch missing fields, stale opportunities and stage errors in Salesforce across commercial, federal, and international business units
- Build and maintain reporting. Create and own Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, win rates, sales cycle length, renewals and retention, so Sales, Finance and leadership all work from the same numbers
- Support the forecast cadence. Prepare weekly forecast and pipeline review materials, track changes week over week, and flag deals at risk of slipping or being lost
- Turn data into insight. Answer ad hoc questions from Sales and leadership, dig into trends and anomalies, and turn findings into clear, concise recommendations
- Support deal desk and quote-to-cash. Review quotes and deal structures in DealHub and Salesforce for pricing accuracy, approvals and contract terms, and help keep deals moving quickly
- Conduct sales compensation. Support quota tracking, crediting and monthly commission calculations, reconcile payouts with Finance, and answer rep questions quickly and accurately
- Improve processes and systems. Document RevOps processes and definitions, find manual work to automate, and help roll out Salesforce improvements with our Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect
- Support planning and enablement. Help with territory, capacity and quota analysis during annual planning, and help train GTM teams on tools, fields and process changes
