Position

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to join our small team and help scale our Go-to-Market engine. Reporting to the CFO, you will collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and manufacturing to build scalable processes and insights that drive revenue growth. You will also support sales leaders through deal desk operations, ensuring smooth execution of complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage dashboards and reports on key sales and marketing metrics; analyze trends to inform leadership.
  2. Support forecasting, product launches, territory planning, and sales quotas with data-driven analyses.
  3. Manage reports on lead progression and stage conversion, and improve processes across the customer journey.
  4. Build and optimize workflows in Salesforce to enhance sales efficiency, partnering with leadership to identify improvements.
  5. Maintain Salesforce data integrity and create playbooks for clear expectations.
  6. Provide systematic support to sales leaders on quotes, contracts, pricing, and approvals via deal desk operations.
  7. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes, especially during onboarding and renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or MedTech
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work across teams and with partners
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation, and data tools; curiosity about AI applications

Location: Remote (headquarters near Dayton, Ohio)

Compensation: Base salary plus potential equity
