POSITIONRiverain is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to join our small team to help us scale our Go to Market engine. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and manufacturing, to build scalable processes and insights to drive revenue growth. You will also provide direct support to sales leaders through deal desk operations, ensuring smooth execution of complex deals.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities:- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Manage dashboards/reports on key sales and marketing metrics (pipeline health, win rates, sales cycle, etc.). Analyze trends and provide insights to sales leadership to inform improved execution.
- Forecast Development: Support forecasting, new product launches, territory planning and sales quota management. Develop and implement data-driven analyses to improve GTM productivity.
- Pipeline Optimization: Manage reports on lead progression, stage conversion rates, and identify where we can increase velocity. Improve processes across the customer journey - from targeted prospects, lead attribution and tracking to expansion and renewal workflows.
- Workflow Implementation & Monitoring: Build and optimize workflows in SalesForce to optimize sales motions and maximize selling time. Partner with sales and marketing leadership to identify friction points and recommend automation or process improvements.
- CRM Data Hygiene & Management: Maintain Salesforce data integrity and ensure accurate account and opportunity structures. Create playbooks to ensure clear expectations.
- Deal Desk Management: Provide systematic support to sales leaders, addressing quotes, contracting, pricing, and necessary approvals via deal desk operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure that processes are aligned across the customer experience, particularly during onboarding and renewals.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or MedTech environment. Understanding of key SaaS metrics and related best practices.
- Collaboration: You communicate effectively and work well across internal teams and with customers and channel partners. You can translate technical requirements to non-technical colleagues.
- Analytical mindset: You love working with data and can identify process improvements and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Take ownership and prioritize what’s urgent vs. important and manage your time effectively.
- Technical savvy: Comfortable with SalesForce, marketing automation software and data enrichment tools. If something isn’t working in a workflow or integration, you’re able to troubleshoot or find a workaround. Curious about how AI can increase efficiency.
Location: This is a remote position.
