ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Revenue Operations Accountant in Birmingham, AL (hybrid). The role oversees the full billing lifecycle and coordinates with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to resolve billing issues while improving processes.

The ideal candidate has experience with complex billing arrangements, contract interpretation, and strong collections capabilities. Hybrid work with competitive compensation is offered.

• Experience handling complex or non-standard billing arrangements.
• Ability to interpret contracts and translate terms into billing requirements.
• Strong customer-facing collections and dispute-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete billing cycle, including customer setup, billing schedules, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Review contracts, SOWs, amendments, and pricing terms to determine accurate billing requirements.
• Manage recurring, subscription, and usage-based billing arrangements.
• Maintain billing processes within NetSuite and use Salesforce to validate customer and contract information.
• Manage AR collections, customer inquiries, disputes, and past-due balances.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, controls, reconciliations, and reporting.

Compensation

• $75,000 – $80,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the complete billing cycle, including customer setup, billing schedules, invoicing, and reconciliation.
