Job summary

Circuit of The Americas is seeking a Revenue/Membership Accountant to support T11 Car Condos, The Circuit Club, and COTALAND. The role emphasizes full-cycle AR, billings, collections, and intercompany activity in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Responsibilities include processing payments, reconciling daily sales, recording revenue in NetSuite, and assisting in year-end closing and audits. A detail-oriented, cross-functional communicator with ERP experience will thrive.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in high-volume accounts receivable/payable, billing, or bookkeeping.
Solid knowledge of AR processes and accounting principles.
Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Generate member, external customer, and some intercompany billings and follow up on collections.
Process and post payments (checks, credit cards, EFTs) and reconcile daily sales and cash receipts.
Record revenue from multiple POS systems into NetSuite ERP and perform month-end closings.
Conduct customer account reconciliations and resolve payment or billing discrepancies.
Support process improvements and audit-ready documentation.
