Job summary

Inspirato seeks a Revenue Manager to optimize revenue for an assigned portfolio through data-driven pricing and inventory strategies. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Real Estate Finance, Asset, Care, and Sales to align pricing with financial goals and market conditions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong analytical and pricing optimization skills.
Experience with revenue management in hospitality or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing analysis of unit/location performance and booking dynamics using KPIs and BI reports to derive actionable insights.
Devise and implement pricing strategies and inventory controls to maximize revenue.
Monitor price sensitivity and adjust pricing as capacity and demand evolve.
Perform competitive benchmarking to align pricing with market positioning.
Lead regular portfolio performance reviews with management and stakeholders.
Manage revenue systems (PriceLabs, IRIS, PRE, Admin Portal) and champion automation.
