About the Opportunity: A global, public technology company is seeking an Accounting Manager Consultant to support the Revenue Accounting Operations team. This will be a hands-on position focusing on review and special projects and the right consultant will be successful in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.

Duration: 3-6 months minimum

Location: Hybrid onsite in Dallas, TX

Compensation: $65-73/HR W2

Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Scope:

Hands-on review of journal entries and reconciliations in a very high-volume environment
Will own the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations for more of the technical or higher risk areas under the revenue accounting division
Supports ad-hoc projects focused on process implementation and improvement and defining processes for the order to cash function
Works cross-functionally with other teams and provides solutions to issues identified
Applies applicable accounting standards and ensures compliance with US GAAP
Learn quickly and work successfully in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while remaining hands-on throughout

Qualifications & Expertise:

Accounting Manager experience in high-volume environments, required
Big 4 or Public accounting background, required
Public company experience, required
Revenue accounting and ASC 606 experience, required
CPA, strongly preferred
Able to recommend and implement process improvements
Strong with Excel and ERP systems
