Job summary

Apollo is seeking a Revenue Manager to own the order-to-cash engine end to end for subscription and usage-based revenue. You will partner with Finance leadership to modernize billing, collections, and reporting, building scalable systems and processes to unleash Apollo's growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting in SaaS billing, AR, and revenue.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Experience building automations for process improvement.
• Proven ability to design accounting processes and systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning long-term projects.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with NetSuite and modern billing/collections systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reconciliations and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order-to-cash processes from order to cash, including invoicing and cash application.
• Own revenue recognition per ASC 606 with monthly journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain memos and schedules for ASC 606, ASC 340-40, ASC 350-40, ASC 842.
• Lead new billing and revenue system implementations with cross-functional alignment.
• Create and deploy automation workflows across invoicing and collections.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk and Product on SKU launches and readiness.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities and revenue reconciliations.
• Support annual financial audits with schedules and auditor requests.
• Manage collections, monitor AR aging, and outreach for past-due accounts.
