About the Role
The Revenue Management Analyst will be a key member of Roland Foods' Revenue Management team, responsible for optimizing the company's overall gross profit by managing customer pricing, new bid pricing, and trade spend/rebates. The analyst will have decision-making authority in pricing existing business and new opportunities, as well as trade spend decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, comfort with unit economics, and thorough attention to detail. Collaboration with departments such as Sales, Sourcing, and Logistics is essential. The role offers visibility into these departments and opportunities to present analysis and pricing proposals to senior leadership.
As a response to the pandemic, Roland Foods office employees have transitioned to a hybrid working schedule, requiring in-person presence Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to telework on Monday and Friday. Employees at the NY and NJ offices are required to work in-person on these days unless accommodations are approved.

The base salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000, with the final offer based on qualifications and experience.
