Job Description
Job Summary

Interfaces with the customer to develop requirements for major projects of considerable complexity; prepares system design specifications; conducts research to resolve customer-initiated issues related to core systems processing; and coordinates and manages project teams in developing large multi-system, multi-platform projects. Responsible for implementing test strategies, including test automation and analytics, enforcing quality standards, and providing project support and oversight. Leads and executes UAT test artifacts and tasks.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Works closely with customers to develop requirements for complex projects.
  • Prepares system design specifications.
  • Creates, reviews, and estimates project requests.
  • Performs research and analysis on customer inquiries, leveraging programming experience and technical tools.
  • Addresses questions from operations staff regarding business and technical rules.
  • Develops technical solutions for complex problems.
  • Leads development teams through project implementation.
  • Provides excellent customer service, manages client relations, and communicates implementation schedules.
  • Mentors team members and shares knowledge.
  • Develops, reviews, and validates test results.
  • Creates and executes functional and acceptance test cases.
  • Leads project testing from requirements review to deployment.
  • Evaluates and tests new or modified software, validating documentation.
  • Prepares test plans and cases for new and existing features.
  • Monitors changes that may impact the customer and communicates proactively.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for vendors, coordinating installation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Supports QA activities as needed.
  • Works effectively both independently and within a team to meet deadlines, including accelerated timelines.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in relevant business and systems roles.
  • Experience with testing and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
