Job summary

SafeLease is seeking a Revenue Leader to own distribution, servicing, and customer success across our self-storage insurance products — tenant protection, tenant insurance, and specialty P&C. You’ll run the commercial engine of the Storage Products unit, aligning direct-to-operator and retail agent channels to growth.

You’ll partner with the CRO, CMO, and CIO teams and scale relationships with operators, REITs, and partners while maintaining unit economics and a high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue leadership or related roles in insurance/insurtech.
• Deep knowledge of self-storage and relationships with operators/REITs.
• Proven ability to build and scale distribution channels.
• Experience owning a revenue number and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Own distribution strategy across self-storage insurance products.
• Grow retail agent and broker channel launched in 2026.
• Develop and manage relationships with distribution partners.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align pipelines.
• Optimize the distribution mix for growth and unit economics.
• Oversee end-to-end servicing and customer success.
