Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Liaison to lead complex initiatives in professional billing and education. You will analyze workflows, monitor metrics, and support departments with issue resolution and education across revenue cycle processes.

The role requires strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies for operational improvement. Candidates must reside in approved states and be ready to work full-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience.
• CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate departments, clinics and providers on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization workflows.
• Identify and analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends affecting professional revenue.
• Provide targeted education and recommendations to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses to leaders by running standard reports and dashboards.
