Job summary

OU Health seeks a Professional Revenue Cycle Revenue Integrity Liaison to lead complex initiatives, act as an internal consultant, and drive enterprise-wide performance improvements by analyzing professional billing workflows and monitoring performance metrics.

You will educate departments on billing workflows, identify trends, develop recommendations, and present metrics to operational leaders to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience.
• Certification/License: CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate departments on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization workflows.
• Independently identify and analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends impacting professional revenue.
• Provide targeted education and recommendations to providers and departments to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leaders by running and reviewing standard reports and dashboards.
• Support the development and delivery of revenue cycle education and training programs.
• Expert knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows.
• Strong consulting, presentation, and influence skills.
• Translate data into actionable operational strategies.
