Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Revenue Integrity Associate Analyst to safeguard the financial health of acute and non-acute organizations by managing the charge master, regulatory code changes, work queues, charge capture, reconciliation, reporting and analytics.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance hospital net revenue, lead process improvements, educate on best practices, and support system conversions while driving efficiencies in the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Identifies root causes of charge inefficiencies and develops corrective action plans.
• Ensures compliance with evolving coding and billing regulations.
• Educates on best practices, conducts quality assurance and training.

Responsibilities

• Manages the charge master, regulatory code changes, work queues, charge capture, reconciliation, reporting and analytical trending.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in billing processes and revenue enhancement.
• Leads operational improvement initiatives and strengthens client relationships through regular rounds and site visits.
