Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Liaison with education and auditing focus to lead complex revenue integrity initiatives and act as an internal consultant. This role analyzes professional billing workflows, monitors performance metrics, and supports departments with revenue cycle education and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in advanced revenue cycle or revenue integrity, and holds CHC/CPB/CPMA/CPC within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience.
• Certification: CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC within 1 year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Educate departments and providers on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral and authorization workflows.
• Independently identify and analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends impacting professional revenue.
• Provide education and recommendations to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Develop and present performance metrics and dashboards to leaders by running standard reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development and delivery of revenue cycle education and training programs.
• Possess expert knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows.
• Demonstrate strong consulting, presentation and influence skills.
• Translate data into actionable operational strategies.

The Professional Revenue Cycle Revenue Integrity Liaison is an experiencedsubject matter expert who leads complex revenue integrity initiatives, serves as an internal consultant, and drives enterprise-wide performance improvement effortsby analyzing professional billing workflows,monitoringperformance metrics, andassistingdepartments and providers with standard revenue cycle education and issue resolution.
