Emplify Health seeks an experienced Manager of Revenue Integrity to lead the day-to-day operations of the Revenue Integrity department. This leader will supervise a ~13-person team, drive regulatory compliance, and optimize Epic-based reporting to capture revenue accurately across all clinical service lines.

The role requires 5 years in revenue cycle, a healthcare-focused degree, and professional certification. Remote-eligible with potential travel within Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Certification from a recognized coding or health information organization (AAPC/AHIMA) is required.
• Expertise in revenue cycle operations including charge capture, billing, and denial management.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily revenue integrity workflows and ensure compliant operations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; develop corrective action plans.
• Oversee internal audits per payer and regulatory requirements.
• Direct charge capture, chargemaster governance, and revenue recovery efforts.
• Lead onboarding of new service lines with billing structure design and policy validation.
• Collaborate with clinical, coding, and finance leaders to resolve issues.
