Job summary

Impact Advisors, a premier healthcare management consulting firm, seeks a Revenue Integrity Managing Consultant to guide clients during full Epic implementations. You will lead Revenue Integrity initiatives at the director level, ensuring compliant charge capture, CDM design, and effective collaboration with IS and Epic teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare operations related to revenue integrity, coding, finance or revenue cycle management.
• Experience leading Revenue Integrity at director level or above.
• Epic revenue cycle IT leadership or collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to Revenue Integrity leader during Epic implementation.
• Guide charge capture and CDM design decisions with compliance and payer requirements.
• Partner with IS and Epic team to align charging workflows and interfaces.
• Oversee readiness of charging workflows and reconciliation toward go-live.
• Anticipate revenue impact of build/workflow decisions and communicate risks.
• Leverage Epic RC functionality to improve clean claim rates and cash collections.
• Use data to identify opportunities to strengthen Revenue Integrity.
• Foster trusted advisor relationships with client leadership and the Impact Advisors team.
