Job summary

Vail Health is seeking a Manager of Revenue Integrity to oversee the CDM, pricing, and charge capture processes within our advanced hospital system. You will supervise the Revenue Integrity team and ensure compliant charge coding, documentation, and workflows across finance and patient billing applications.

The role requires strong knowledge of healthcare coding regulations and experience leading complex projects within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Five years healthcare-revenue cycle experience required, including two years in Revenue Integrity.
• RHIT/RHIA or coding certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required or higher preferred; related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Revenue Integrity team to ensure best practices in revenue cycle operations.
• Oversees CDM maintenance for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develops CDM-related policies including pricing, audits, charge capture and reconciliation.
• Leads multidisciplinary groups to monitor revenue and billing information.
