Job summary

The University of Southern California's Keck Medical Center of USC seeks a Revenue Integrity Specialist to lead CDM maintenance across departments, ensuring Chargemaster accuracy and compliance with Medicare and payer requirements.

You will coordinate with Administration, IS, Compliance, Clinical Informatics and Integration, supervise revenue auditors, and develop education programs on charge capture, coding updates, and policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification in coding or auditing within 1 year of hire.
• 5 years healthcare-related experience including coding, billing or CDM maintenance.
• Knowledge of inpatient/outpatient billing and CMS Medicare reimbursement.
• Proficient MS Office/Windows skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Keck CDM/Chargemaster and ensure annual payer updates.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to address compliance and charge issues.
• Coordinate with Revenue/Chart Audit teams on CDM and charge capture.
• Provide data and ad-hoc reports to support decisions.
• Educate staff on CDM maintenance, coding updates, and processes.
