Job summary

Western Missouri Medical Center is hiring a Revenue Integrity Analyst / Chargemaster Coordinator to manage the hospital CDM, ensure accurate charge capture, and support compliant billing. You will partner with Finance, HIM, clinical departments, and IT to identify revenue leakage and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include updating CPT/HCPCS, pricing, and documentation; auditing charges; and educating teams on compliant charging workflows while supporting Meditech Expanse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare or business fields.
• Experience in hospital revenue cycle, chargemaster, or HIM is required.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Chargemaster (CDM) with CPT/HCPCS, revenue codes, and pricing.
• Coordinate CDM updates based on CMS changes and payer policies.
• Investigate charge edits, denials, and billing errors with root-cause analysis.
• Educate departments on compliant charging practices and workflow improvements.
• Provide monthly revenue integrity dashboards to leadership.
