Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Manager of Revenue Integrity to lead charge capture and revenue integrity activities across client accounts. You will supervise staff, ensure compliant charging, and collaborate with departments to reduce denials and optimize DNFB.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Integrity or Revenue Cycle Operations.
• 3-5 years of people leadership experience.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare.
• Certification in HFMA CRCR or coding or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue integrity activities across Ensemble clients.
• Identify trends in charge capture and educate staff.
• Interview, hire, and develop staff; manage performance.
• Prepare monthly analytics and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to meet financial goals.
