Job summary

QHC ARM Shared Services is seeking a System Director, Revenue Integrity to lead the health system's enterprise Revenue Integrity function and set strategy, governance, and operations for complete, accurate, compliant revenue capture.

The role partners with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Coding/HIM, Compliance, IT, and hospital leadership to ensure charging accuracy across hospitals, ambulatory locations, and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the health system’s enterprise Revenue Integrity strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish standardized Revenue Integrity policies, procedures, controls, and governance across hospitals and business units.
• Define accountability for charge capture, charge reconciliation, chargemaster maintenance, documentation, coding.
• Lead the enterprise Revenue Integrity governance and advise senior leadership on compliance risk and opportunities.
• Oversee organizational structure and staffing for Revenue Integrity across the system.
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Coding, Compliance, IT, and hospital leadership.
• Provide oversight of CDM standards, CPT/HCPCS assignment, pricing, and charge descriptions.
• Develop audit and monitoring programs to identify revenue leakage and ensure corrective actions.
• Educate clinical and operational leaders on revenue capture and billing compliance.
