Job summary

Scottish Rite for Children in Texas is seeking a Revenue Integrity Manager to oversee daily management and direction of revenue integrity functions. The role includes performing audits and process improvements to enhance compliance and revenue potential.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and have at least three years of relevant experience, particularly with Epic. This is a hybrid position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting with revenue integrity audit and compliance.
• Epic experience required.

Job Title: Revenue Integrity Manager

Location: Dallas - Hospital

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Hybrid (3 days in-office and 2 days working from home)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily management and direction of the Revenue Integrity function under the oversight of the Director and VP, Revenue Cycle at SRC.
• Perform audits and reviews of departmental charge capture and reconciliation, in collaboration with Revenue Cycle and hospital clinic operations.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance revenue potential and compliance.
• Interface with hospital and clinic leadership, Billing and HIM staff, and departmental leadership and associates to ensure audits and corresponding action plans are completed in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide support to departments to assist with appropriate charge capture and reconciliation.
• Execute and maintain reports as requested to ensure timely distribution.
• Maintain the Charge Master in a manner that is compliant with insurance requirements and government regulations, including regular searches for updates and maintaining current and previous billing requirements.
• Communicate regularly with department Directors, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns and problems as pertains to the charge master.
• Maintain a positive dialogue and collaborative working environment with all department Directors as new regulations and/or operational changes occur.
• Other duties as assigned.
